RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Mr. O’Dwyer has undertaken a wide array of assignments relating to commercial and residential properties including existing and proposed multi-family residential projects, mixed use projects, office buildings, retail complexes, industrial properties, multi-family residential, commercial and residential development sites. Vince has performed rental studies for lease negotiations including, pricing for proposed rental multi-family projects as well as heritage property appraisals, valuations for expropriation and partial takings of private and public infrastructure projects.
